Most weeks, the tight end you stream decides more than the one you own. Here are the Week 7 options outside the top 10 by value, ranked by projection. Values and projections as of Oct 23, 2026.
The top three are not streamers. George Kittle (16.6), Brock Bowers (16.1) and Trey McBride (15.3) own the top three tight end projections. Everyone below them is a decision. The pool here is every tight end ranked 11th or lower by dynasty value, inside our top 200, with a Week 7 PPR projection. Projections come from Sleeper. We list who the numbers like, not who is on your waiver wire, so check your own league.
The ten, ranked by Week 7 projection
| Player | Age | Value (1QB) | Week 7 proj | PPG | Last 3 | Adds, 72h | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Travis Kelce (KC) | 37 | 1,218 | 11.4 | 12.4 | 8.9 | — | Questionable |
| Dallas Goedert (PHI) | 31 | 1,111 | 11.1 | 11.8 | 7.8 | — | Questionable |
| Juwan Johnson (NO) | 30 | 700 | 10.4 | 11 | 5.8 | — | — |
| Pat Freiermuth (PIT) | 27 | 654 | 9.7 | 10.6 | 11.8 | — | — |
| Tyler Higbee (LAR) | 33 | 251 | 9.7 | 8.4 | 9.7 | 942,579 | — |
| T.J. Hockenson (MIN) | 29 | 371 | 9.6 | 9.8 | 9.9 | — | Questionable |
| Hunter Henry (NE) | 31 | 254 | 9.5 | 9.7 | 14.1 | 198,006 | — |
| Mark Andrews (BAL) | 31 | 298 | 9.4 | 7.5 | 6.6 | 132,066 | — |
| Dalton Schultz (HOU) | 30 | 236 | 8.8 | 9.3 | 5.4 | — | Questionable |
| Kyle Pitts Sr. (ATL) | 26 | 1,123 | 8.7 | 8.3 | 15.3 | 595,280 | — |
Travis Kelce tops the pool at 11.4, but he is 37 and listed Questionable. He scores 12.4 per game and 8.9 over his last three, so the projection is below the season line and above the recent one. Only play him if the status clears. Dallas Goedert is also Questionable, projected 11.1 against a last-three average of 7.8.
Juwan Johnson is the best healthy name at 10.4. He is not tagged, and he scores 11 per game. The catch is the last three: 5.8. The projection sits well above that recent line, so you are betting on the model over the box scores. Sleeper has no Week 8 projection for him, so you cannot plan a second start.
Pat Freiermuth and Tyler Higbee tie at 9.7. Freiermuth scores 10.6 per game and 11.8 over his last three. Higbee scores 8.4 and 9.7. Both are healthy. They are not equal in demand: Higbee drew 942,579 Sleeper adds in 72 hours, the most in the pool, while Freiermuth shows none. Higbee's value is just 251, so this is a pure Week 7 play, not a dynasty hold.
Who is trending, and who is not
Four of the ten show Sleeper add activity: Tyler Higbee (942,579), Kyle Pitts Sr. (595,280), Hunter Henry (198,006), Mark Andrews (132,066). Adds are a crowd signal. They tell you where other managers are looking, not that the player will score. Higbee leads the pool with 942,579 adds in 72 hours and 353,925 in 24.
Projection against the recent trend
| Player | Week 7 proj | vs season PPG | vs last 3 | Next 3 weeks (sum) | Next week |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Travis Kelce | 11.4 | 12.4 (-1.0) | 8.9 (+2.5) | 36.3 over 3 wks | 11.7 |
| Dallas Goedert | 11.1 | 11.8 (-0.7) | 7.8 (+3.3) | 31.9 over 3 wks | 10.3 |
| Juwan Johnson | 10.4 | 11 (-0.6) | 5.8 (+4.6) | 20.9 over 2 wks | none |
| Pat Freiermuth | 9.7 | 10.6 (-0.9) | 11.8 (-2.1) | 19.3 over 2 wks | 9.6 |
| Tyler Higbee | 9.7 | 8.4 (+1.3) | 9.7 (+0.0) | 28.2 over 3 wks | 8.5 |
| T.J. Hockenson | 9.6 | 9.8 (-0.2) | 9.9 (-0.3) | 30.9 over 3 wks | 11.2 |
| Hunter Henry | 9.5 | 9.7 (-0.2) | 14.1 (-4.6) | 28.2 over 3 wks | 9.6 |
| Mark Andrews | 9.4 | 7.5 (+1.9) | 6.6 (+2.8) | 27.8 over 3 wks | 9 |
| Dalton Schultz | 8.8 | 9.3 (-0.5) | 5.4 (+3.4) | 17.5 over 2 wks | none |
| Kyle Pitts Sr. | 8.7 | 8.3 (+0.4) | 15.3 (-6.6) | 25.2 over 3 wks | 8.3 |
The change columns show the projection minus each average, so a plus means the model expects more than the player has averaged. Mark Andrews has the biggest plus over his season pace (+1.9), with Tyler Higbee next (+1.3). Kyle Pitts Sr. has the biggest minus against his last three (-6.6): he scores 15.3 per game over that stretch, the best in the pool, yet is projected just 8.7. He is also the second most valuable of the ten at 1,123, behind Travis Kelce, and our signal flags him as a buy, with the draft market 84% below the experts. That makes him a dynasty hold more than a streamer.
The longest look ahead belongs to Travis Kelce: 36.3 points over three weeks, the highest three-week sum among streamers with three projected weeks. Two of the ten, Juwan Johnson and Dalton Schultz, have projections for fewer than three weeks, and neither has one for Week 8. If you stream for more than one week, those two are the weakest fit.
How to use this
- Check the status of anyone Questionable before kickoff. Four of the ten carry that tag.
- If two options tie, take the one with the better last-3 average, and the clean health tag.
- Compare any two in the start/sit tool before you drop a tight end.
- Do not drop a dynasty piece for a one-week stream. Use the waiver wire for the add, not the cut.
- The full projection board is on the Week 7 start/sit page.
