How to decide who to start

Start the player with the higher weekly projection unless injury news, a big role change or your matchup situation (needing a high ceiling as an underdog) clearly says otherwise.

  1. Projection for this week (the tool’s main input).
  2. Points per game this season as a reality check.
  3. Injury status: Questionable players get a discount; Out means sit.
  4. Role: snaps, targets and carries trending up or down.
  5. Your matchup: favored, take the safer floor; underdog, chase ceiling.
